2 lbs. ground pork
40 saltine crackers crushed
1/2 cup Digon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablesponns lemon juice
1. Combine ground pork, crushed crackers, mustard honey, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Form into 8 patties.
2. Grill on medium heat, turing once, until juces run clear, about 12 minutes. Makes 8 burgers.
